To manage subscriptions, billing status, invoices, refunds, taxes, and payment support through Paddle.

3. Sharing information

We share information with service providers that help operate CalibrX, including hosting, storage, authentication, email, analytics, observability, and payment infrastructure.

Paddle acts as merchant of record for paid purchases and may process buyer, billing, tax, and transaction information under its own policies.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

4. Uploaded images and project data

You may request deletion of account or project data, subject to billing, legal, security, and backup retention requirements.
