Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing questions are handled for paid CalibrX purchases.

1. Merchant of record

Paid CalibrX purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, receipts, and eligible refund processing.

Your receipt or checkout confirmation may show Paddle as the seller of record for the transaction.

2. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewal charges. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

After cancellation, paid features may remain available until the end of the already-paid billing period.

3. Refund eligibility

Unless required by applicable law or approved by Paddle, paid subscriptions and digital services are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate charges, billing errors, failure to access the service, persistent technical issues that prevent reasonable use, or other exceptional circumstances.

4. How to request a refund

Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle buyer support through paddle.net.

You may also contact CalibrX at support@calibrx.io with your account email, order reference, and a short explanation. We may help review the request, but Paddle makes the final processing decision where Paddle is merchant of record.

5. Technical issues

If a technical issue prevents you from using paid features, contact us first so we can investigate and try to resolve the issue.

If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund or account credit may be considered depending on the situation and applicable law.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact Paddle or CalibrX before opening a payment dispute. Chargebacks may temporarily restrict access while the transaction is reviewed.

7. Updates

We may update this Refund Policy as our billing plans and legal requirements evolve. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
